The registry catalogs crystallized knowledge objects by identity, type, version, and integrity metadata. Each entry links to a concept page with object structure details.

- Object — identity and metrics
- Evidence — crystallized artifact body
- Relations — derived_from, registry_ref, observation_ref
- Ledger — edit chain
- Trust — optional signatures
- History — version lineage
